Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation, as carriers may take time to scan and update tracking details. If tracking appears inactive during this time, your package is likely still in transit.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If you experience delivery issues after your order has shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
