If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support chat via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information when you contact us:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo or video of the issue (required for damaged items)

  • Complete delivery address

Once reviewed, our team will provide next steps for resolution. Items reported outside of the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement or return.
