I received part of my order but I am still waiting for a few items from my order to arrive. Do you have an update?Updated 13 days ago

In some cases, orders are split shipped when items have different ship timeframes. This allows available items to ship sooner while remaining items are sent once they arrive at our warehouse.

If you have received part of your order, the remaining items are likely still processing and will ship according to the estimated ship timeframe listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Once the remaining items ship, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation email with a new tracking number.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing, please first check your shipment confirmation emails to confirm whether your order was split into multiple shipments.

If all shipments associated with your order have been marked as delivered and you are still missing an item, please contact our customer service chat within 7 days of delivery so our team can assist.

No action is needed if your order is still within the estimated ship timeframe. If the remaining items have exceeded the timeframe listed in your order confirmation email, please reach out to customer service for support.
