My package is saying it has been returned to the sender?Updated 2 months ago

If your tracking shows “Returned to Sender,” this typically means the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package.

Please contact our Customer Service chat and provide the following information so we can assist:

  • Order number

  • Confirmation of your correct shipping address

If the same address was previously marked as undeliverable by the carrier, we recommend providing an alternate delivery address to ensure successful delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a $20 reshipping fee will apply. An invoice will be sent via email once the correct address has been confirmed.

Please note that delivery issues caused by address errors are not eligible for refunds.
