My package says delivered but I can’t seem to find it anywhere?Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it can be.

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled independently by the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS). Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details or proof of delivery

  • File a missing package claim with the carrier if necessary

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you have additional questions, you may contact our customer service chat for guidance, but please note that we are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
