Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within the timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

The “Order Now: Ships Timeframe” listed under each product title indicates when your order will ship if purchased on that date. While this timeframe may change on the website after your purchase, it does not affect your order. Please refer to your order confirmation email for your confirmed ship timeframe.

Shipping timeframes refer to when an order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery date.

Each order confirmation email from Red Letters includes your estimated ship timeframe (for example: This order ships Late January). This is the same timeframe that was displayed on the product page when your order was placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the ship timeframe listed at the time of purchase.


Shipping Timelines

  • All shipping timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Products that are in stock at our warehouse typically ship within 4–7 business days.

  • Items that are not yet in stock will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Once items arrive at our warehouse, they will ship within 4–7 business days.

  • If your order contains multiple items with different ship timeframes, your order may be split shipped so available items can ship sooner at no additional cost.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Please check each collection or product page for estimated ship timeframes.


Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping notification.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and should be used as a guide only. Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, Customs processing, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


Address Responsibility & Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Within your order confirmation email, there is a link that allows you to update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window has passed, we are unable to make any address changes.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error entered at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $20 reshipping fee will apply. An invoice will be sent via email once the correct address is confirmed.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Order cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS).

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location. Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure safe and secure delivery.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or predict these costs and are not responsible for any additional fees related to customs clearance.

Customs processing may delay delivery by up to four weeks, although this is uncommon.
