If your order has not shipped yet, it is likely still within the estimated ship timeframe listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
We ship orders according to the “Order Now: Ships Timeframe” displayed on each product when the order is placed. This timeframe is also included in your order confirmation email and reflects when your order is expected to leave our warehouse.
Please note that shipping timeframes refer to when an order ships, not the delivery date. Orders with extended ship times may include preorder or made-to-order items that require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment notification.
If your order contains multiple items with different ship timeframes, your order may be split shipped so available items can ship sooner.
If your order is still within the estimated ship timeframe, no action is needed. If your order has exceeded the estimated timeframe listed in your confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service chat and our team will be happy to assist.
